Welcome!
Welcome to the first edition of the International Clinical Research Forum, the FIPClin!
The event will promote discussions on emerging and strategic themes applicable to the technological development and innovation in clinical research. We also hope to enable a space for intersectoral articulation, networking and knowledge dissemination.
The program embraces discussions on different areas involved in clinical research, including current topics such as innovative technologies, decentralized, adaptive and real-world clinical studies, open science, data sharing, agile methodologies in the management of clinical studies, and collaborative networks, both in national and international levels, as well as bioethical reflections and regulatory aspects in the field of clinical research.
The event will bring together professionals of various segments of national and international clinical research area, including the scientific community, scientific research participants, pharmaceutical industry, government institutions and organized civil society.
About the forum
The Forum will be free of charge for participants and will be held both online and in-person. The places at the event are limited to people who have had their registration confirmed. All the schedule will be recorded and accessible for one year in this website
Organized by the Secretariat of Science, Technology, Innovation and Health Complex, of the Brazilian Ministry of Health (SECTICS/MS), through the Department of Science and Technology (Decit), the event is aligned with the Clinical Research Action Plan in Brazil. The Plan’s purpose is to increase the country’s capacity to develop and attract clinical trials, aiming to strengthen Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
